DSW- Disability Support Worker

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Empower participants to reach their NDIS objectives and become self-reliant.
  • Provide in-home support with health issues and daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, eating, transport, and budgeting.
  • Assist with the delivery of activities to enhance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of those in their care.
  • Assisting with personal care, such as daily hygiene

  • Show empathy, communicate clearly, stay organized, listen actively, and be patient.
  • Expected to work with High needs participants.

Skills & Experience

  • NO previous experience required.
  • Hold the appropriate rights to work in Australia.
  • Possess a valid Driving license.
  • Possess a roadworthy and registered vehicle and be willing to use it for Work-related activities reimbursed under the award.
