Aged care worker

Key Responsibilities:

• We aim to empower residents to live their desired lives, granting them the freedom to make choices and embrace their independence.
• Provide assistance to the residents by helping them with their personal care and hygiene requirements, while simultaneously fostering their sense of independence.
• Contribute to the assessment and observation of the resident’s physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs and desires in order to provide comprehensive care and support.
• Follow the instructions given by the Registered Nurse and documented in the resident’s care plan.

Position Requirements

• Current Australian Open Driver’s Licence
• Reliable motor vehicle (including valid registration and fully comprehensive third-party insurance).
• National Police Check clearance which allows working unsupervised
• Current first-aid certificate and CPR
• COVID-19 vaccination status as per government guidelines.
